Naperville Chicago Premier Photographer…”A family session at home”

Just before Christmas I had the pleasure of taking portraits of the “G” children in their fabulous home. I really look forward to these sessions as the “G” kids are gorgeous and get along so well together, they are also at ease in front of the camera. Every year the family styles their session around a Ralph Lauren theme, the rich fabrics and warm colors beautifully complement their home.

Even the family pet co-ordinated and co-operated with the shoot! The fireplace was just the perfect spot for a winter’s day.

We took individual and sibling shots.  I think that each of their personalities just shine in their individual portraits.   I love hanging out with theses kids! It’s always amazing to me how much they  grow from year to year !

I am happy to come to your home or assist you with an on-location setting which will showcase your family perfectly. Feel free to discuss the options available when you call the studio to reserve your session. Thank you so much “G” family for trusting me each time with your precious family memories.

See you soon,

Alicia.

Was this not a post of yours? I can’t find the link to it but I’m very interested in knowing how you did it for backdrops! Thanks so much.
I’m just wondering where you found rods to go in the walls like that and how it worked!

Hi Madison! This is my post. My husband actually used Closet rod holders from the hardware store. Once those were mounted he purchased 10 ft. 3/4″ metal conduit to place in the holders. You can also use shower rods if your space is smaller. Once the pipe is up all you need is shower curtain rings to hold your fabric. Good luck with your project! Alicia
