Hi! I'm Alicia Johnson, and I'm thrilled to welcome you to my world of photography. I've always had a deep passion for capturing life's beautiful moments through my lens.

My journey with photography began at a very young age when my fifth grade teacher, Mr. John Beehler, offered a choice of a photography class at a local photography studio or horseback riding lessons as an elective class. All of the girls in our class chose to take horseback riding lessons except for me, I chose the photography class. From that moment on, I was hooked. I spent countless hours exploring different techniques, experimenting with lighting, and honing my skills to tell stories through my photographs.

What I love most about being a photographer is the ability to freeze moments in time and evoke emotions through my work. Whether I'm capturing the joy of new parents with their baby, the pride of a teen getting ready to graduate high school, or the excitement of a mother to-be at her maternity session, each click of the shutter is a chance to create something truly breathtaking.

While I specialize in portrait, fine art, and travel photography, I'm always up for new challenges and opportunities to push the boundaries of my creativity. I believe that every photo shoot is a collaboration, and I'm dedicated to working closely with my clients to bring their vision to life.

When I'm not behind the camera, you can find me gardening or enjoying time with the most important people in my life, my family, friends, and 3 fur babies.

STUDIO MANAGER & CREATIVE DIRECTOR

I'm Delaney Small, and I wear MANY hats here at Alicia’s Photography. I am the studio manager in charge of scheduling, sales and marketing. I also direct and design a lot of our programs, including our Senior Model Program, Santa Experience, all of our stylized mini sessions, along with set design. I'm passionate about bringing creativity and organization to every shoot.

One of the favorite parts of my job is organizing and running our Senior Model Program every year. I love working with all of our senior models and watching them mature, feel more confident and realize their true beauty during their time as Alicia’s Photography senior models.

With a degree in business and marketing, paired with a background in the photography business along with a passion for styling and hair & makeup, I’ve combined my passions to create stunning visual stories.

As the studio manager, I ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, from scheduling appointments to coordinating with clients and overseeing the day-to-day operations. My goal is to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for every one of our clients.

In addition to managing the studio, I'm also an experienced hair and makeup artist. I believe that the right hair and makeup can elevate any photo shoot, enhancing natural beauty and bringing out the best in our clients.

When I'm not busy at the studio, you can find me and my husband decorating and renovating our home, loving on our pups and waiting patiently for our baby boy to arrive.

Hello! I'm Samantha Jensen, and I'm thrilled to be part of the creative team at Alicia’s Photography where I bring images to life through the power of editing.

With a degree in photography, a background in visual arts and a passion for storytelling, I found my niche in the world of photography by photographing engagements and weddings and editing for Alicia’s Photography. I've spent years perfecting my craft and honing my skills to ensure that every image that leaves our studio is nothing short of breathtaking.

As a photography studio editor, I have the privilege of working closely with Alicia to transform their raw captures into polished masterpieces. Whether it's adjusting colors and lighting to enhance the mood of a portrait, or meticulously retouching details to perfection, I approach each project with creativity, precision, and a keen eye for detail.

What I love most about my role is the opportunity to play a vital part in bringing our clients' visions to life. Whether it's a couple's dreamy newborn photos, a family's cherished memories, or a brand's captivating visual content, I take pride in ensuring that every image reflects the unique story and personality behind it.

When I'm not immersed in the world of pixels and Photoshop, you can find me loving on my four beautiful littles and my sweet musically talented husband. Life Is busy but I wouldn’t have It any other way,
