Step into a light-filled, Parisian-inspired studio thoughtfully designed for creativity, connection, and beauty. This 1000 sq. ft. space is perfect for small workshops, pop-up events, and intimate gatherings such as baby or bridal showers, photography sessions, content creation, and styled shoots.
The open layout features elegant architectural details including tall/vaulted ceilings, large windows that flood the space with natural light, vintage-inspired furnishings, and carefully curated props that lend a timeless, classic feel. The main shooting area is spacious and flexible, ideal for workshops, bridal and baby showers. A cozy waiting area welcomes guests with comfortable seating and also acts as a sitting area.
Modern comforts include air conditioning for warm days and Wi-Fi-enabled speakers throughout the space, allowing you to set the perfect tone for your session or event.
The studio is nestled among beautifully landscaped English gardens, offering peaceful views and additional photo opportunities. A dedicated large garden chess area adds a whimsical, old-world touch, and two charming patios are available for outdoor gatherings and mingling, perfect for extending your event into the fresh air.
Though the studio bathroom is not yet finished, a restroom is available in the owner’s residence within steps to the studio. Guests are welcome to use it as needed during their rental.
On-site parking is available for 4 vehicles, with additional public parking just down the street. While there is limited street parking, we kindly ask guests to use designated parking to respect our neighbors.

RENTAL PRICING & FEES

Our space is available for rent on weekends for $300/hour, with a 4-hour minimum.

Booking Your Event:
To reserve your date, a signed contract and 50% deposit are required.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event.Cancellation Policy:
180+ days before the event: Full refund, including deposit (minus processing fees)
179 to 31 days before the event: 50% deposit is non-refundable
30 days or less before the event: No refund of the full rental amount
We understand plans can change and will do our best to accommodate rescheduling based on availability.

A mandatory $125 cleaning fee is required for all bookings,
in addition to the standard rental rate.

• No smoking inside the studio or on the surrounding property
• Outside catering is welcome
• Alcohol is permitted for private events but must be approved in advance; no alcohol allowed after 8:00 PM
• No glitter, confetti, smoke bombs, or open flames allowed
• Please do not move furniture or décor without permission
• Music is allowed at a moderate volume indoors; please be mindful of outdoor noise due to nearby residences
• Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times
• No Children's Parties allowed.
• Pets are not allowed without prior approval
• All guests must vacate the space by the end of the booking time, including cleanup
• Use of the owner's residence is limited to restroom access only
• This is a creative and family-friendly space. Nudity, boudoir sessions involving full nudity, or the production of adult content or films is strictly prohibited. All photography and filming must align with respectful and professional use of the studio.
• For the safety of all guests and our community, no firearms, weapons, knives, explosives, or hazardous materials of any kind are allowed on the property or inside the studio — regardless of permits. This includes both real and replica items.
We ask all guests to treat the space with care and respect so we can continue sharing it with others. Thank you!

For safety and security, we have Ring cameras located at the front entrance of the property. Inside the studio, security cameras are installed in the following common areas: the waiting area, main shooting area, and kitchenette. These cameras record video only and do not capture audio. All security devices will remain on during rentals for the protection of both guests and property. There are no cameras in private areas such as restrooms or dressing rooms.

We take pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for all of our guests. The studio is thoroughly cleaned and tidied between each booking. High-touch surfaces such as door handles, countertops, and seating areas are disinfected, and floors are swept and mopped regularly. Props, furniture, and shared amenities are sanitized to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.
Hand sanitizer and cleaning wipes are available on-site for guest use. We ask that guests leave the space in the condition it was found and dispose of any trash in the provided bins. Your safety and comfort are important to us, and we’re committed to keeping the space clean, fresh, and ready for creativity.
