Today I was fortunate enough to do a fun shoot for the Dailey Method at 5th avenue station. They’re having their Grand re-opening soon and going to show off their new diggs. The space is amazing! If you haven’t been to the Dailey Method for one of their killer workouts you are definitely missing out. Take a look at these women and tell me that this workout doesn’t do a body good. They all look fabulous! I have to say it was a little discouraging taking pictures of rock hard abs and ripped arms when I was holding out hope that the “rubenesque” look was coming back into style. I guess it didn’t help that I was eating french fries while I was editing these pictures :). Oh well, I guess it’s time for me to return to the Dailey Method and let these women whip my a*# back into shape :(. Why can’t french fries be a health food?
